[ale] GPG Key Party Followup

Well the search UI seems to be up on the 11371 port but I know I used 80
earlier today (as per the link below). Just now I searched for my key
and it didn't find it. My trust in this server is declining. This is no
way to handle a scheduled outage if that what it is...
