[ale] Firefox surpasses IE6's browser share in October

While it seems relevant to say IE overall is losing share while Firefox
is gaining saying IE6 is losing to Firefox seems a little specious to
me.

It's a bit like saying my $50 had increase over your $100 because my
money was all in ones while yours was all in fifties.
