I'm pretty sure Marta is heavy rail.

Light Rail is more like a street car.

Mag Lev is of course when the train car is elevated above the track by
magnetic effects.  I think some mag levs still make contact between
the car and the track, but is for guidance primarily, not support (at
least not while it is moving at speed.)
