Comcast has actually been supplying Linksys equipment for awhile, so  
it may not be a purchase. They supplied us with one on the install. I  
said thanks and promptly replaced it with a motorola cable modem and a  
cisco router. The only thing that's kept me from flashing the stock  
firmware off of the one Comcast installed is that we might have to  
give it back some day.
