[ale] php & apache2 on debian

To make php works on fresh debian distro the only thing that you should do is to install apache and php module. After that you just uncomment a row in conf file that say #include something something. This I pull from my memory :)

For testing I trust only to forementioned phpinfo() function.

I believe Debian hasn't change a lot...
