Looks like Clayton State College and University has an IT College - maybe they'd be interested in hosting such a user group given they're on the South side.

I'm up for an ALE south also- live in Morrow, work near Fort Gillem.
Stockbridge works for me. Otherwise, I'll make it to emory eventually.
