Left off a few zeros there.  15 billion years old.

But using Big Bang implies that you have Universal Time in the ultimate
sense.

Sorry.  Einstein got rid of that conceptualization 100 years ago. Err,
I mean 100 revolutions of Earth around the central star in its solar
system ago.
