I might argue that *I* didn't click on the button; it must have been a
bug in Winbloz or the web site.  Prove otherwise.

The judicial decision is EXTREMELY FLAWED (read Unconstitutional) that
said that a company can be bound by an ordinary employee's clicking
a license.  It is a tenant of business law that only an officer of a
Corporation can sign contracts on the Corporation's behalf unless that
authority is deligated.

(This is what prevents you from signing a contract binding your Megasized
corporation from buying your car for $1,000,000.)
