[ale] OT: Maglev funding?

Does "monorail" include maglev?

per that powerpoint I posted from last month, they are going to do a
feasibility study of both maglev and heavy rail, and then decide from
there which to proceed with.

Not sure that makes sense since the best right-of-way options for rail
seem like they would be very different than for a maglev.
