The problem you run into is the exposure of one system being
affected by another.   If the user is doing something dramatic on
the workstation in Windows (host) then Linux (guest) will suffer.

Even using VMware Server 2.0 we find that a run away process
in a guest can slow down the system and have consequences on
the other guests.   The host is dual-core and all guests are limited
to 1 core.
