[ale] secure email - s/mime ?

All,

For thunderbird the basic process was:

Exporrt (backup) cert from firefox which is where verisign auto-installed it.

Import it into thunderbird as my personal cert.

Use it.

Very easy and smooth.  Emails with attached certs get auto-added to the cert db.

For kmail4, I did not find a cert import dialog, and cli way I found
did not work.
