Well, it appears that the filters aren't running in order, although I'm 
not sure about that yet.  Just about any email that I forward to my 
phone, is also pushed to a folder in my email.  The forward filter is my 
first filter, yet, the emails are finding their way to the proper 
folders, but not being sent to my phone.

Still, whether I mark a forwarded message to be forwarded inline or not, 
it still goes out as an attachment if it is forwarded via a filter.
