[ale] secure email - s/mime ?

Oh. I forgot. You can't use enigmail AND s/mime at the same time on the same
email. They clash over where headers go and make a mess. So if you use
enigmail for GPG/PGP signature and/or encryption, just turn it off for that
message and used s/mime cert for encryption.
