We use mondo as well.  You do have to reconfigure networking after the
install though - as I recall it doesn't allow you to do that during the
install.

it is used to make DR copies of servers to ISOs (which then can be
written tophysicsal media) then later to be recovered by.  If the new
hardware has equal to more space then the current hardware then you are
golden.
