Glad to hear it... pun intended. ;-)   At this moment, I'm on my despised 
desktop with ::blech:: Vista.

I use the Flashblock add-on, and when Flash is properly implemented there is no 
problem clicking on the SWF to initialize it.  However, Pandora's implementation 
of the sample player is flawed preventing its activation.  Often it is a result 
of the DHTML or the CSS positioning, but this particular instance seems to be 
more flawed than most.

As to the other issue, there is no way without Flash to sign in or to even 
establish an account.  Since the site is almost exclusively database-driven, 
there is really no reason to not use html for account creation, login, and 
account administration like the rest of the planet does.  I guess they don't 
teach common sense at Stanford or Harvard.

But hey, that leaves the door open for me or someone else to start a more 
accessible competing service. :cD
