No, a DQ 35 is not a Dairy Queen special. It is a particular
Intel motherboard. And at that point I just ran out of what I
really know about this. The Slashdot article (3:30 pm today)
talks about attacking a Linux system on this mobo. The attack
is based on the fact that (some?) Linux systems allow root to
easily access the MTR registers.
So my question is this: Is there any way, short of opening up the
box and hunting for a mobo serial number, to find out what mobo
I have? Can the system identify enough of the specialized chips
to allow me figure out what I have?
