[ale] skipping/bypassing print dialog

Actually, Brian has really nailed this one. One thing that I might add
is that if you want to make a solution that will be good for all apps,
you should look to patch the source for the print dialog or gnome
print system. I bet that if you try irc://irc.gnome.org you can find
some help. Either make the print dialog click print for you
immediately unless you are holding a special key combo, or make gnome
never initiate the dialog in the first place.
