That is true: some digital televisions come with Terrestrial DTV
tuners on them.  Just because the television is "digital" however,
does not mean that it has a DTV tuner for terrestrial (over the air)
broadcasting.

Of course, take this latter with a grain of salt, since I have never actually
looked at, used, or purchased a television for any kind of DTV.
