What distro?

What version of SA?

Do you have the latest pkg for your distro?

Check disk space on /var (or where /var/lib/spamassassin resides)

As root, run "sa-update -D" and look for warnings/errors, if the rules are
updated then run "/etc/init.d/spamassassin reload".
