[ale] software for service industry

There's an online version of QuickBooks that seems to work well, I know a
couple people who have used it:

http://quickbooks.intuit.com/

Works in Firefox just fine.

And if they use/like windows, Microsoft Accounting Express 2008 is free and
ties neatly into Office '07.  *ducks*
