I've never seen a ttl stanza in an rss feed, but the following should
work for 2 minute updates:

 <?xml version="1.0" ?>
 <channel>
 <title>SAM AlarmCenter Organization: DEMO</title>
 <description></description>
 <link>http://demo.opsdc.com/</link>
<syn:updatePeriod>hourly</syn:updatePeriod>
<syn:updateFrequency>30</syn:updateFrequency>
<syn:updateBase>1901-01-01T00:00+00:00</syn:updateBase>
