Outlook pretty well in Crossover Office from codeweavers.  That is a
commercial version of WINE that they support.  At a couple of places
I've used crossover for optimal support of my companies mail server.
It's about $50, or so.

Anyway, you can try it for free and see if the plugin installs and
runs.  If it does, then you can use that instead.  Outlook ends up in
your menus and everything.
