Actually, the flunky called the manager over and he asked me to leave. ;)

At the time, the flunky was pushing Vista.  It was very early in the 
Vista life and I was telling the person they did not want Vista on their 
new laptop.  They still have a good selection of XP based laptops.  The 
flunky was trying to sell a high end laptop with Vista to an older woman 
who wanted to simply use it for email, internet, web and office documents.
