[ale] OT best local notebook memory prices

Circuit city is closing all its stores in Atlanta - I think they're
supposed to do liquidation starting today - you might be able to find
the memory there and get it at a liquidation price.

Check out FRYS.COM and MICROCENTER.COM.  Frys has stores in Duluth and
Alpharetta, and Microcenter is in Marietta.
