[ale] What happened to the command line

On Fedora/RedHat what I typically do is locate "terminal" in whatever
menu and simply drag it from there to the top bar.  That way I can just
click on the terminal icon it creates there.  (Of course you can also
drag it to the desktop as well.)

That's pretty much what I do. I'll have Ctrl-Alt-T for terminal and 
Ctrl-Alt-H for home directory in my file manger. I'll also create a 
desktop icon for terminal as well.
