[ale] [rant] I dislike "we only support winblows/OS X" AT&T internet

I'd second Scott's recommendation.  I have had normal DSL issues over  
the years but the tech's at speedfactory are right here in Atlanta  
and the worst thing they have ever asked to aid in troubleshooting  
was to connect my Linux box directly to the DSL modem instead of  
through my router.
