Setup the printer in Ubuntu. Be sure to choose "share published printers
connected to this system." Now open your web browser and visit
http://localhost:631. Click printers, then your printer. You should now
be a at a page with a URL like
http://10.0.0.1:631/printers/HP-Laserjet-4000TN. Replace 'http' with
'ipp' and this is the URL that you can plug into Windows. Below are some
instructions I found on the web for Vista:

# Click Start --> Printers to open a "Printers" folder.

# Click "Add Printer".

# The "Add Printer Wizard" will be started, choose the "Add a network,
wireless or Bluetooth printer".

# Choose the "The printer that I want isn't listed".

# Choose "Select a shared printer by name"

Now enter the ipp:// URL.
