This is the first time I've used a CRM, so I really don't have anything to
compare it to, such as ACT! It seems to be very sufficient for tracking
contacts, etc. I've also used it for some email campaigns, but from what
I've read, there are better campaign managing tools. If you do want to use
it for that, there is a plugin which makes it easier; unfortunately, my
server is down at the moment, and I can't remember the name of the plugin.
If you need it let me know.

I like the fact that you can use it as a IMAP or POP3 client, and it will
automatically track emails and contacts, so there is a history of email
communication with clients. That's very useful. There is an import command
which I believe might be required if you want Bob's email with client John
to be viewed by Sally.

So what kind of issues does ACT! have that are driving you to consider
something else?
