[ale] Last autoresponse notification for today

Looks like the same spam I see on occasion here but saying it has come
from the admins at water.com.  

It is bogus and usually comes with an attachment (which I never see
since our spam filter quarantines it).  The idea I believe is to get you
to open the attachment and thereby infect your system.
