[ale] ale list now linked with google groups ale list

That is because before the new ale list was online, I was able to slap-dash
a google group up as an interim communication method. I did this with a
quickly grabbed list of emails of people from my personal archives that was
by no means inclusive or exclusive. It was just what I grabbed.

It is of no value now that the real ale list is back up except as a
secondary backchannel in the event of failure.

Besides, splintering this group is already accomplished by the other
meet5ing locations. Add to it that the group looks like particle board and
not plywood anyway. glued together by linux...
