My mistake memtest86+ must report the I/O Clk. When I ran it with the 
one original stick with the replacement stick it reported 200MHZ 
DDR2-400 even though it was marked 800. When I ran the sticks I got from 
MicroCenter it actually reported 450MHz and DDR2-900 which I thought 
kind of strange.
