[ale] Back in Time: 'mwm' 'pager' question

James, Brian and all who replied -

Thanks for the suggestions. OpenMotif (at least as installed by SuSE-10.x) 
does not install any wide range of the older Motif apps, leaving desktop 
issues to a separate desktop manager (if that's the word).

I plan to run 'fvwm2' for a while and see how that goes. The builtin 
configuration looks like what I need ('til I get my hands on some of the 
cosmetic defaults!).
