What is the general consensus on the maturity of SIP (from a reliability standpoint) for small call centers?  I really like the idea of being able to fail-over to a second SIP enabled IP telephony system in a DR facility in the event of disaster.  But I have gotten warnings from people who may have a monetary interest in using a PRI based system.
