It appears that the unblocking of port 25 may not be available to some 
customers.  I just received the following, note the example domains they 
list do not include @bellsouth.net, which is what I have:


The opt out email address submitted in your Port 25 opt-out form is
not valid. Please check the user ID xxxxxxxxxxxxxx at ourdomain.net and
resubmit the request again using the link below.

Select "Opt Out Port 25"

We can only opt out with a valid - active - AT&T Internet Services -
