(tongue in cheek filters on please)
OR!
you could scan your car every time before leaving with an O-Scope to make
sure it is not emitting any radio frequencies which could be a tracking
device...you could also shield the inside of your hood if its made of some
non -metal material or the sideskirts or fenders, since the alternator could
emit a trackable frequency , of course if they put the sensors in the road
bed you would need to go ahead and get that carbon impregnated underskirt
for the entire car as well..better yet you might as well paint the entire
car exterior any a good latex rubber that has been impregnated with a
non-uniform shaped carbon particles to help avoid any microwave based
tracking of your car. also make sure you take the battery out of your
cellphone since all the cellphone companies are in on it as well so you know
they will probably have the mic activated on your phone whenever you travel
so they can record all your conversations. Also make sure you pay cash for
everything..just make sure its all with ones, fives and ten dollar bills..no
trackable strip or detectable paint under a uv light that way...better yet
stick to currency that is at least 20 years old..there ya go!.

Whatever you do don't use marta if your worried about tracking..I mean
government run aluminum tubes with cameras all over the stations and in the
trains..you KNOW they must have facial recognition system JUST for you!...
