	I can't ping any SpeedFactory addresses from outside and I was just
over at my son Scott's place.  He can authenticate to PPPOE but can not
traceroute out past the first router (the other end of the PPPOE
connection).

	He also says that calling their support line is resulting in an "all
circuits are busy" error.
