[ale] Spammer using my address :(

We've seen this happening to a few different users on a few different
domains we host, and it seems to stop anywhere from a few hours to a day or
so.  We don't have any SPF but that is on the radar now.  I am almost
tempted to look into discarding bounce back emails in certain situations...
