ouch. I fired up my test server today, or I tried to... It runs RHES with a 
special application.
The HD light flickered on/off and it wouldn't even go through the BIOS check. 
opened it up, and if I unplug the HD it boots, and will even run the Ubuntu 
LiveCD. Every time I plug in the HD it just clicks once and quits. So I have 
to:
unplug the HD, turn the switch OFF, unplug the power cord, wait... plug in the 
power cord, turn the switch on, and press the ON button. With no HD it boots 
to CD, with HD plugged in it doesn't do anything.
How can I determin if it is the HD or failed power supply??
Its a Fry's special GQ3131 AMD Sempron desktop with 40GB HD and 512Megs ram..
barely used, only to drive to church on Sundays, a year & a half old.
