this here.

We're looking for 1 senior Linux Admin (first shift-ish and on call) and
1 junior Admin (third shift) to work at our corporate office in Dunwoody.

Senior Linux Admin:

Provide expert level Linux engineering and implementation of server
farms and related services.
Performs planning, installation, integration and maintenance of open
systems computer operating environments, and tests, maintains and
modifies software.
Works with team to maintain optimal environment for the business.

This position works under general supervision.
Other duties may be assigned in addition to the following:

   * Design and implements mission/business critical Linux/Unix server
     solutions to address business needs as well as to improve and/or
     maintain the Quality of Service of customer systems.
   * Evaluate, select, integrate, and implement new system
     architectures, tools and techniques.
   * Understand and promote standards, guidelines and policies for the
     use and integration of technology.
   * Applies high skill with commands, utilities and understands
     advanced aspects in the administration of Linux/Unix systems.
     Implements and reviews backup and recovery strategy to ensure file
     system integrity and business requirements are met.
   * Analyzes performance indicators such as system's response time,
     number of transactions per second, number of concurrent processes,
     resource usage such as memory, streams and semaphores.
   * Creates tests and verifies written description of steps necessary
     to modify systems and procedures required to implement new
     software and hardware.
   * Works with external business partners and technology partners to
     ensure a smooth integration occurs with customer systems and
     processes.
   * Provides 24-hour on-call support for problem analysis and
     resolution to system problems on a rotational basis.

Knowledge and skills:

Required:
   * Three to five years senior level Linux experience specifically with
RedHat and CentOS.
   * Two years experience supporting application server technologies
     such as:  IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.
   * Working experience in an heterogenous work environment
   * At least two years experience in a 24*7 production data
     center environments.
   * Working knowledge of backup and recovery as well as disaster
     recovery techniques esp. using Tivoli Storage Manager.
   * Ability to read/write shell scripts using: bash, ksh, perl...
   * Ability to design, create, release rpm packages locally and to
     remote locations.
   * Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and
     technical journals.
   * Ability to effectively present information to top management, other
     departments and/or user groups

Desired:
??	Experience supporting Windows 2k and 2003
??	Experience with AIX (esp. AIX 5 on power5)
??	Experience working with DBAs to install and support DB2, MySQL,
PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL
??	Experience with VMWare

The Junior Admin:

Experience with Linux (Redhat/CentOS EL 4 and 5 especially)
Able to read/write shell scripts (bash, ksh, perl, etc...)
Perform troubleshooting/ diagnostics on hardware/software issues and
determine root causes.
Communicate with on call team members to resolve issues.
Perform OS and software installs and patching.
Document issues and resolution.
