As I recall, since I did run Windows 3.x and DR.DOS, there was a period of 
several months when Windows 3.1 would not run on DR.DOS for me. As far as 
I know, at first it wasn't pure B$ and FUD. It took time and money for 
DR.DOS to reverse engineer and recover, which was the point of course.
