[ale] WIN 3.1 in Dosemu

3.1 (and 3.11) will run fine on DR.DOS- just with 3.1 you get a message 
when windoze loads to the effect that "some things might not work right" 
because it doesn't detect M$DOS.  Which was, and is, of course, pure B$ 
and FUD...
