That would be a VERY desirable feature for yum - only track security
fixes or additionally bug fixes.

Maybe if the changelog could be flagged with "**Security Fix** - CERT
#foo" and "**Bug Fix** ....

rpm has a --changelog flag that displays the ENTIRE changelog. Since
each entry my formality must use the version number on the top line
there is a way to track security and bug fixes by version. All that is
needed is to have the repodata reflect the new info and yum respect the
a new config setting.
