[ale] Speedfactory Problems ... again

Problem is back again...

Started *exactly* at 2:00 PM.  Ran through all the normal nonsense.  This
time BellSouth got called in, and they say it's bad - going to require a
call-out and will not be looked at until tomorrow.

Problem symptoms are the same - get a good DSL connection, but cannot
login to the router.

I'm on dialup backup link right now - almost forgot how painfully slow
that was.  Cable modem is starting to look like an option...
