[ale] WAY OFF TOPIC -- ANNOUNCEMENT (political)

I wasn't thrilled to be banned from this list for a few months when I  
made a few negative remarks about a certain political party.  Some  
might call it hypocrisy, but at least it keeps ALE pure and from  
straying into politics.

ALE is undeniably one of the best Linux email lists around, so we  
should certainly keep it on-topic (we do have international readers  
[hey Keith!]).
