Currently the project is looking for audio quality significantly higher
than what you can get from PSTN, which is usually 8bit 8khz or 16bit 8khz
at best. They've talked about using Flash on the website to guide the user
through the process and automate prompt recording, but flash audio is highly
compressed which presents similar quality problems.

The call and record idea would work nicely if all we wanted was PSTN quality
recognition via something like asterisk. It might make a nice side project.
