[ale] OT: Charter Phone vs. BellSouth

I've been thinking off switching from BellSouth to Charter for our phone
service. My wife needs it more for FAXing. Does anyone in the
Duluth/Lawrenceville area have it yet. If so:

1. How reliable is it?
2. How's the QoS?
3. Is it suitable for FAX?
4. Since it is esentially VoIP will I need to put all my wireless bases
in one location, or is it possible to leave them in different rooms?
