[ale] latest firefox tends to crash on CentOS 4.4 or is it the aged hardware is going?

none of the above, actually. It was the java plugin I copied to my
~/.mozilla/plugins this morning. I should have used the libjavaplugin_oji.so
under ns610-gcc32/ instead of the ns610/.
Strace showed nothing but immediately death. Horrible death too. I consumed
java plugins of wrong version before. It simply resulted in that the applet
wouldn't run, but never had this kind of horrible & silent death.
