I used Active Spam Killer for a while.

It worked really well, except people would not respond to the challenge,
and I got tired of it

Subject: [ale] Spam blocker for Postfix

Is anyone aware of a plugin for Postfix that would allow me to set up
something like Earthlink's Spamblocker on my mail server? If you don't
know how this works, it will send anyone who isn't on your list an
e-mail asking them to go to a website to be added to your list. Any
questionable mail is sent to a suspect folder. I don't need the website
part, but it would be nice to have something similar.
