It's commercial, but it complains that it cannot read the directory.
I'm afraid it won't work.  I guess what I need is something that can
find magic file signatures located within the volume and get them out.
Shouldn't be that hard, if files in ISO9660 volumes are stored
contiguously... but if they aren't, and there's no easy way to see the
end of a binary file, I may be SOL.  :(
