My copy of glibc says it is licensed under version 2.1 or (at your
option) any later version.  Nobody can take that away from you.

They can change the license on future versions, because the FSF should
own the copyright on the whole shebang.

If dynamic linking really turns out to be a problem with the new GPL,
you can bet glibc will be forked.

I have thought it was too early to read the draft of the GPL 3.  Maybe I
should read it soon :).
